When asked what surprised him most about Humanity, Dalai Lama answered:
A man lives as if he is never going to die and then dies having never really lived."

" Man sacrifices his health in order to make money, then he sacrifices that money to gain his health back which he has lost while he was busy earning money.
And then he is so worried about his future on which he has no control that he does not enjoy the present, the result being that he does not live in the present or the future.
