The 21/90 Rule......

What this rule says, it will take 21 days to build a habit, and 90 days to build a Lifestyle.

So now find a habit, let it be say I will drink one glass of water first thing in the morning for 21 days, or any other habit you say it and you will have to just follow it strictly for 21 days and see the difference that habit will bring in your life.

Just remember!! you need motivation only till a habit is formed. After that routine will take care of itself…….
